We have a friend who is looking to but an apartment in Parco Flora, Scalea. Can you let me know the price of the apartment and which block it is in please? Also do you have any photos? Thank you.

Its 16c, one of the small appartments about 20sqm with a balcony of 7sqm, we will have owned it five years april next year and would be looking to sell it then, if your friend would like to rent it and try it out let me know. Im currently going through the process of valuation and the agent should then advertise it with photos. kind regards Claire

Thanks for the info. I will let my friend know but I think they are looking for something bigger.I am sure you will not have a problem selling it as Parco Flora is very popular. Thanks again.
