Hi everybody.
Just a line to say that we have joined your forum today. We fell in love with the area and bought our place near San Nicola Arcella a couple of years ago and we are now in the process of selling up here in the UK to relocate to our little piece of paradise on a permanent basis just as soon as possible. So, any 'inside' info or tips would be gratefully received. We hope you won't get fed up with us continually asking questions and we look forward to getting you know you all and maybe even meeting up with some of you.

Whereabouts in San Nicola are you?
We have quite a few friends who have holiday homes there and we like the area very much indeed!
