Foreign buyers in Scalea

Hello

I bought in scalea nearly 3 years ago.

I am an interested in knowing the level of foreign investment in the town as everytime I go back, it appears there are more and more walking around.

This is obviously great to see because the town can only benefit from a more year round tourist trade. As Italians only holiday there in large numbers in July/Augest where as English/Irish etc... would love the weather for 9 months of the year.

Does anyone have any approx numbers on number of foreigners etc etc...
