gym ???

i know..... but here goes , is there a gym in Scalea ? I usually go for a run or cycling when i come to scalea, but i fancy trying the gym this time. Does anybody know of one??

Thanks lesley, it looks like a nice place! I need ME time even in Scalea, so that looks perfect, do you know if you can use the fitness room occasionaly, usually in these type of gyms you have to pay a monthly fee.whereabouts is it?

Thanks for asking Gill, I was wondering the same thing. I have a home gym and will not have room for it in our place in SD Talao. Besides, I wanna get out more! Since we live 1.5 hours from town, I've never been able to try a gym before and need weights for these old bones.

The gym that is joined onto the beauty centre that Lesley is on about, is used by Tony. If you email him he will let you know if they accept day members.
