Smile Cheers

Quick Question ,, When you want to raise a glass and say cheers in Italy ,,what do you say?
Here in Ireland ,we say "Slainte" and I know that in England they say "Cheers"..Now when I was in Italy ,they have two ways of saying it.One was "Salute"and the other was "Cin,Cin" Which one should I use ?
