Tony's special 50th Birthday thank you message

In 2007 on the 29th September, now thats a day I will always remember. A gathering of friends both old and new, don't think Scalea had ever seen this view. To Hotel Continental to celebrate my old age, times passed by and turned another page.

This by way of thanks to you all, I hope each and everyone had a ball. My mates from England you played your part, winning the footie tornament for the old fart. Wasteline expanding from here its downhill, having sex now might need a pill. Some of my friends they sang out loud, "take me home united road" they made me feel proud. Kieran's voice he sings songs sublime, to be sure, to be sure, it certanly wasn't mine. Vincent's version of "Wonderful tonight", not quite Eric Clapton, in fact it was shite. The messages and presents just poured through the door, under the weight I fell to the floor.

Thanks to you all each and everyone, you drank so much all the alcohol was gone. A special thanks to a mate or two, Sergio and family great through and through. Decorations and music down to Pete, Mel and Dave, thankfully no police came to our little rave. Bar La Playa supplied the birthday cake, think I might have them do my wake. To the kids and Gayle my long suffering wife, I know its 14 years please put down that knife. To anyone not mentioned please don't be offended, you see i'm getting old my lifes nearly ended. Flights for family & friends have all been booked, thank God for that cos i'm really tired.
