Hello, I am new here. I plan to visit in may 2008, i want to retire there in 3 years. I was wondering what price range the apts sale for.? I do not need to live on the water, but i would like to see it from my apt. Is this possible? Thank you, Sher

hi, we bought our 2 bed appt last year,scalea properties sorted everything out for us, we dont speak italian at all, everything went without any problems, we feel it was the best thing we have ever done, and each time we go, scalea gets better!!! Tony, Mel and David know there stuff on buying and legal advice and we couldnt of done it without them! i am sure you will fall in love with the place, like we all do when we visit! We are gonna retire there in 8 years, and we are counting down the days :lol:
