My Son and his pal are coming to Scalea next month. They are aged 26 and looking for night clubs,bars etc., which would suit them.

Can anyone help?

I guess they would be looking to be in Scalea but if they wanted to venture up the coast there's a big nightclub between Diamante and Belvedere called La Vecchia Fattoria.
When we drove by last night at 12.45 there were queues of hundreds of cars waiting to get in. I think (according to the posters Ive read) it was the first big night of the season and the highlight was a guest DJ from London (Audio Fly).

In Scalea there is Bar Clandestino that is very popular (Tony or David could give you some more info about this one!)

There is a nightclub in San Nicola called La Clubbina not sure of the spelling. Seemingly people come as far as Naples so I read in a magazine.My neice who is 27 went to it last year and she liked it.

I think the nightclub in San Nicola Arcella is called Il Clubbino and I have also heard good reports about it.

There is a night club on the main sea front in Scalea near the rocks, I cannot remember its name. Open in July and August.
