Default Asking the impossible?

Asking the impossible? Probably. Maybe. Most likely, BUT I feel if I don't ask then I will never know.

We didn't complete on our propery sale in the end so we don't own one in Italy YET, sadly. With the state of the economy Mr Teapot insists we have the cheapest summer holiday we possibly can - and for the past few years that has been a very, very cheap and lovely part of Turkey - we found somewhere that ticks all the boxes, financially and contently. However, I'm getting Italy withdrawl symptoms and wish to return, so am doing the maths....in the hope of persuading Mr. Teapot it won't cost more than our recent holidays.

However, the difficulty lies in keeping Mr. Teapot happy - I have to ensure we don't need to drive a car anywhere, that we can afford to eat out every evening (happy to make own breakfasts and lunches). To keep the teens happy I have to provide a nearby pool for use all day and a beach accesible without using transport. If there are other teenagers around that is a bonus, even if they don't speak English (they are used to visiting more out of the way 'local' areas on holiday).

Does anyone have an apartment for rent around 16th July ish or onwards for 2 weeks or a bit longer, or even 2 weeks in August (we'd want to leave before Ferrogosto on the 15th August) for the following requirements:

*2 adults and 2 teens
*must have daily access to a nearby pool all day long
*must be accessible to the beach - without using transport
*must be accesible to food shop - without using transport
*walkable to places to eat
*cheap to rent
*have air con in bedrooms (I know electric is expensive)
*rent doesn't have to start on a Saturday (I know...).

We would be travelling from the airport by train, if that helps.

We don't smoke, our children are sensible, we love a laugh and a giggle, we are easy going and we are respectful of people's belongings/property. We don't mind staying in budget property - we are not fussy.

If anyone can tick those boxes please PM me. I'd be really grateful. It also depends on decently priced flights too, so the sooner I can organise it, the better.

I have a feeling I won't be able to get all boxes ticked, but if I don't ask, I'll be wondering about it on my Turkish sunbed in the Summer.

If I don't receive any PM's it doesn't matter

Happy New Year!

Default

Thank you so much - I've received a couple of responses - both of which ticked quite a few of the requirement boxes. However, in order to persaude Mr. Teapot this is a great idea, I need to tick all the boxes preferably, so if anyone else has a property to rent (see first post for requirements) then please PM me.

Many thanks everyone.
