Hi, I was just wondering how much an average electricity bill costs, without the apartment being used. Our bill seems very high considering we weren't there, maybe electricity is cheaper in Ireland?

PS: The bill was 82 euros and we're only on 1.5kw

If it was your first bill after buying the property, then you are charged for changing the contract name from the previous owner to yourself.

Electricity is quite expensive,espically if you are a non resident as you would be on the higher rate as opposed to being on the Italian resident tarrif.

Our electric bill last time was 29 Euro, we are on the Non Resident tariff, it is more expensive than uk prices, but the other bills for water,rubbish comune tax are peanuts compared to my uk bills
