Hi all, just wondered if anyone can offer any advice, we are going over to Scalea to view, end of April, is it advisable to have funds available for deposit ( and how much %) if we are lucky enough to find something while there , or do things move slower than that,......... any comments appreciated thanks George & Alyson
We bought last year, but didn't have deposit money with us, we transferred it when we came home, there was no problem with that particular agent. Melanie and David could probably give better advice.
Happy hunting

Hi
We left a 10% deposit when we bought our place. We also signed a Proposta D`Acquisto Irrevocabile.
(It shows that you do mean business.)
Have a chat with Tony or David they will be able to advise you. I expect you may need to arrange a Procura Speciale, they can talk you through that as well.
very best wishes, and I hope that things go well for you, we are very happy with our appartment which we bought last year.
ps my wife is from Glasgow
