water meter

I have just found out that there is a problem with our water meter. The council wont accept the reading as its the same as last year. I have no idea where to go from. It has also been a year since we were last down. Anyone any ideas about this. I've been told that its nothing to do with the condo board, its our problem.

If you havent been there for a year then you would expect the reading to be the same. Why don't you try to submit a reading with just one or two cubic meters more than last time? And then sort it out next time you are over.
