Cirella - Scalea Info Forums

Another place that looks interesting enough to warrant a visit. http://www.scalea.info/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=319
Has anyone made the trip to the ruins at Cirella?
(You can see the ruins on the hilltop just past Santa Maria Del Cedro if you are travelling South from Scalea - keep an eye out for them on the way to/from the airport at Lamezia).
We haven't yet ventured up there but reports tell us they are worth a visit.
There is also a modern amphitheatre near the ruins that is used for outdoor concerts.
Can anyone give us any more info on these ruins?
