Hi All,
In case you are a sea swimmer coming to Calabria, I measured the water temp today at 23 C. This is less than the 28 C this time last year, I presume because of the extended cold spring we had. The sun is here, temperatures are rising and the sea temps will come along. Lidos are being re-built and it's a wonderful time at the beach with no people!
I have to brag about our dog Vince. He was swimming in the sea today, going for a stick. Returning to shore, a good wave tumbled him like a washing machine and he disappeared for a second, but he walked out of it still holding the stick! Bravo Vincente, Il cane machissimo |
