Mortgage brokers in the US who deal in overseas property?

Hi everyone!
Does anyone know of any mortgage brokers in teh US who deal on mortgages for overseas properties? I want to buy but the Euro is low and I do not want the uncertainty of a variable payment based on the Euro going up again. I would like to buy in dollars and pay back in dollars if at all possible. If you have had a good experience with one please let me know. There's a coffee in it for you!

A home equity loan works great. They don't care where you spend the money and you pay back in dollars. I asked our lender if it mattered and he said he didn't care if I put the money in a bonfire as long as they got the payments (quite a colorful way to make the point). You do need some equity in a home, though, of course.
