This is all a bit enigmatic! "Here" is a different place to "there", but ""here" is "there" if you're here, whereas "there" is "here" if your there!! But then, as you approach the speed of light it gets all messed up again.

If the "dram" is envisaged for the Island of Saints and Bungy-jumping Economists, then we'll be in Dublin and on for it.

If you mean the land where political parties out-number the population, then I'm afraid we'll only be with you in spirit.

Good grief. You Irish are doing too many drams, whatever type of intoxicant that might be, and now cannot remember if you're here or there and where here is to begin with. Is a dram of hash like a gram of hash??!

Cool, we arrive for good in Italia 18th Feb, so would love to finally meet Fifi somewhere and continue our Irish language education. Like jammers. Must not be what you wear to bed if you find them in a government office? HA!

I am here at the min Lovely Kildare and must say what beautiful weather we are enjoying at the moment.There, is of course Scalea and I left the wee out of dram.Got that note you sent Doug, we will have a think of a place to meet and chat, and bring a pen and paper jammers is just the start .xx Fifi

Sorry about your ticket news Cool. Di is going to start driving in Italy this weekend. She's had lots more fines than me for going too slow or going too fast. I have not had a speeding ticket since 1972!! But since I like to drive like an Italian, I'd better watch myself in the 2001 Alfa Romeo we bought from the Bakers.

And on the language stuff -- we're obviously going to be busy in our retirement learning Irish, English ANDDD Italian. What a course load. Hope to see you soon. We arrive Roma Thursday morning 0800. We look down on ireland in good weather, so will be watching. Sometimes get great sunrises over the alps if on the left side of the aircraft.

Any word on that "getting together" idea for the "Vagrant Gaels" (the provisional wing of the "Wandering Gaels"!!) Have I missed something, or has it not yet happened?
