Can anyone recommed me a best way to get to Scalea from Athens?
I heard there is a ferry route but I can not figure it out.

There is no ferry service in Scalea on the west coast. The ports of Brindisi or Bari on the east coast are probably the closest ferries to Greece. You would then drive, bus or train from there to Scalea.

We went to Greece a few year go using the ferry from Ancona, but I beleive as Doug suggest, you can also use Bari or Brindisi. The port in Greece is Patras. So your route would be Athens - Patras on to one of the east coast Italian ports.

We used Anek Lines, but there are others.
