Apartment for sale

Hi all,

After alot of thought we have decided to sell our lovely apartment in the high part of Scalea.

It is a first floor apartment with beautiful mountain and sea views, many an evening has been spent watching the sunset from the balcony.
It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/diner and a lounge. There are 2 balconies and a good sized L shaped garden partly paved. The apartment has air conditioning/heating units and comes completely furnished.

If anybody is interested or knows of anyone please contact me. I can send photos or further details as required.

If we are unable to sell then we will be looking at renting the apartment out from June onwards.

Hi there. My name is MaryAnn and my husband and I are planning to move permanently to Calabria. We came to Calabria last July and decided on the west coast and liked the area around Scalea. I have many questions to ask. We are coming early July to find a home and then will move within a year or so. Would you be able to send a lot of photos to us? I am particularly interested in the surrounding homes near yours and what the close vicinity looks like.
Lucy, are the other homes close by, in walking distance? We are avoiding any holiday resorts because we do not want to be the only inhabitants from September to May. Is the apartment in Scalea or a surrounding area? Is it in the central business district in one of the tall apartment buildings?
Have you used it as a holiday place or do you live there through the whole year? Do you mind my asking if you are selling it due to not liking the area? You see, this will be our final home. We will not be moving again. We are middle aged and this is it and must be right, so I must be careful with the location.
What is the asking price, please? the size?
We live in New York State, USA; where are you from?

I am not sure how to put photos on the forum but the estate agent has some on their website (however, we were not there when they took them and I think they could have been a bit better!). Look at holidayshouse.it

The reference name is Lee under properties in Scalea.
