Val, I would love those aluminium doors windows and shutters you describe, particularly having endured the draught from our wooden windows over New Year. However the budget on this occasion will just about cover one wooden shutter.
Billy, we will be in Scalea over Easter, so I will try my "venti parole" on Biaggio. Hopefully he will be able to help. As you said, we are lucky to have him. He did not appear at all while we were there, but Oreste drove through the complex every day. It is nice to know he keeps such a close eye on things.
