Thanks to Tony and the Cohens, I have some more pictures to post. It's exciting (for us anyway). Check out the latest progress. The balcony and terrace now have wrought iron rails to code that really open up the view on the terrace and give a more historic look. The copper gutters can be seen stored in the bedroom and installed on the picture of the outside above the door. Also note the lovely new plaster on the outside. The other improvement is that the floors have been leveled a made ready for tile.
