We also made our decision on a whirlwind trip: two weeks last July: just two months before you guys. We were just lucky that our duplex was already in the process of being renovated so we bought on the strength of what we were seeing.
Your tip on Sarusco is greatly appreciated, though. We're going to have to do a "similar" when we come up next, hopefully May and June. I guess two months should give us a bit more time to shop around.
